Getting Back in Our Groove

Last week, Jorryn was on spring break from our home school co-op. At first, I intended to stay in our normal routine. We quickly started staying up a little later and having more laid back days. It was SO nice to have some down time together, like the afternoon nap I snapped a picture of. Even though Jorryn doesn’t fall asleep anymore, I love that he takes advantage of the quiet to read! Especially, when he snuggles with me! 🙂

It also started to feel more like spring, so it was wonderful to get some spring cleaning done, including washing the windows. It was a little dismaying how much dirt and grime I washed off! There is nothing like the first few days when you can open the windows up in spring! Having a warm-ish breeze in the house was magical! 🙂

We also loved getting to go on a park outing with some new friends. It’s great to start walking around our “new” town and getting more familiar with things! Even though Zane really loved the swings, he refused to let me take his picture! Thankfully, Jorryn is still happy to pose! 🙂

Oh how I love the time I have with my boys! LOVE that first photo of your little one sleeping and the other reading under the blankets all cozy like.

There is NOTHING better than family snuggles. I am taking advantage of them all I can while they are still little and want me to snuggle them! 🙂
