Easy Nutella and Peanut Butter Ice Cream

easy nutella and peanut butter ice cream

I don’t even know if there are words to really describe how amazing this treat was. The boys went crazy for it. So did I, truth be told. 🙂

Plus, it was insanely easy! I don’t have an ice cream maker, so normally I wouldn’t make anything like this.

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of Nutella
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Mix all the ingredients together well. Then, pour into a freezable bowl {I used a Tupperware container} or Popsicle holders. Freeze and then serve. You can see how much Zane enjoyed it! I hope your family does, too! 🙂

As easy as it is to make, I think I will have him learn to make it and I won’t have to do it all the time. hehehe

I bet my granddaughter’s would love this. I am not a peanut butter eater but the nutella is good. I also wonder if you could use something else in place of the peanut butter. It would be a great and easy thing to make for the little ones. Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂

    • Layne Quintanilla May 29, 2013 at 9:43 pm #

I bet you could leave the peanut butter out and it would be just as good! 🙂 Hope you enjoy it, Linda! Thanks for the comment.

I use to LOVE nutella until I got pregnant….for some reason it’s just blah now. I just don’t understand it…but I still do love peanut butter so maybe that is the “something extra” I need in my nutella?? Hummm I will have to make this and give it a try! It is such a simple recipe!
