First, I started the oil over medium high heat in a pan. Then, I quartered each biscuit while I waited for the oil to heat up.
Once the oil was 180 degrees, I put four pieces in at a time. They brown quickly! Once the first side was browned, I flipped them over to cook the second side.
I drained the doughnuts on paper towel for a moment and then tossed them in my cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- One package of dough, I used Pillsbury brand.
- 2 cups veggie oil.
- Cinnamon and sugar.
- Bring oil to 180 degrees. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Put four pieces into oil at a time. Flip sides once they start to brown. Remove and from oil and place on a paper towel to drain. Then toss in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Enjoy!
