Banana Mango Smoothie

Jorryn is all about the smoothies lately! This tasty treat was his own creation this week and all the boys enjoyed it! This recipe created about 16 ounces of smoothie. You could also use ice, yogurt, or coconut milk!

 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 ripe mangos
  • protein powder {we used vanilla flavor from Visalus}
  • 1 cup of milk

 

Mix all ingredients in blender until pureed. Serve immediately, chilled. Enjoy!
